Depends on the buget your setting I would imagen. People look down on the lower class because they cant buget right, but I understand why, How can aperson buget with let's say 1000 a month and buy food, clothes, rent, bills. This is why they move around alot, because they cant afford to pay everything, thus why they have bad credit in most case's. The higher class can have a buget and make it work with there lifestyle. The lower class cannot as it means they might not be eating that month.
